Sponsorship opportunities are available for each event individually and through a 5-event package.
Trick or Trot Halloween 5K - October - Headline Sponsors shine as your company’s logo will appear at the largest size available on more than 2000+ runner registration forms, race t-shirts, marketing materials, websites and on our partner banner prominently displayed near the start/finish line! Also included in this is race pre-registration for up to 10 attendees and a table at the event if you wish to promote your business. Thank you for considering sponsoring at this important level. Avg attendance 350.
Empty Bowls – Februrary - Soup kitchen format dinner to battle hunger in our communities. Attendees receive hand crafted empty ceramic or wood bowl as a reminder of those battling food insecurity. Avg attendance 400. Corporate Sponsors receive recognition with a full page advertisement in the program, logo included on large event screen slideshow, and tickets for a table of 8.
Cleveland Orchestra Youth Orchestra Concert – The Cleveland Orchestra Youth Orchestra is a group of 100 young musicians, selected from over 45 cities across Ohio and Pennsylvania, operated under the discipline of a professional orchestra. The Brecksville performance raises funds for the school’s music program. Sponsors receive a full page advertisment in program. Priority access to tickets for the show. Avg attendance 150.
Horse Show – August - A Brecksville tradition spanning 69 years! Corporate sponsors receive a Banner displayed in main ring, Full-Page Advertisement in program, announced as primary sponsor of 4 Class Ribbons, a covered ringside Double-Box and Tickets for up to 10 attendees. Avg attendance 400+.
Easter Egg Hunt – A Brecksville community event spanning over 30+ years. Corporate sponsors will be recognized with a banner at the event. Avg attendance 300+.
Cost of Corporate Sponsorship is $3000, and entitles your organization to all of the highest levels of sponsorship for each event listed above. Brecksville Kiwanis is a 501c(4) organization.
